Ralph A. Palumbo, CPA

President

Ralph is the President and Co-Founder of Revity. As the company’s chief executive, Ralph’s primary focus is corporate strategy, organizational growth, and company interface with Revity’s community and strategic partners.

Ralph has been instrumental in the successful development, financing, construction, and operation of dozens of solar farms throughout New England. He is proud to have spearheaded many prominent power and infrastructure projects by partnering with municipalities, public utilities, non-profits, educational institutions, and healthcare providers across the region. Ralph’s hands-on approach and deep experience allow him to lend valuable insights, unique technical expertise, and unparalleled leadership throughout each step of the development cycle.

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) by trade, Ralph has over 35 years of experience in project finance, commercial development, procurement, and construction. Specific to renewables, Ralph’s creative and outside-the-box thinking has made him particularly skilled in strategic financial structuring of debt and equity transactions.
Ralph is an alumnus of Bryant University (Smithfield, RI) where he studied tax and accounting.
